The number of people living with impairments in Anglophone Cameroon has significantly increased daily in the past 6 years either through accidents, amputations, and other forms of violence. Marion Obam wins Cameroon Journalists Trade Union Top Job.

This was the outcome of an Elective Congress that held in Douala June 26th 2022.    Marion Obam National President CJTU The Elective Assembly that brought together CJTU delegates from all ten Regions of Cameroon, held in the country's Economic Capital Douala under the slogan "the Union, Offensive for a Credible Press". CJTU Delegates at the Elective Congress   Out of a total number of one hundred and eight (108) votes casted during the exercise, Marion Obam emerged winner with 54 votes, followed by Aristide Ekambi with 32 and Nathaniel Njog with 22 votes. ​MINADER launches 2022 farming season in South Region; distributes  equipment to farmers By Ruth Che Wachong  The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development (MINADER), Gabriel Mbairobe on Tuesday April 26th 2022 officially launched farming activities for 2022 in the South Region of the country. Adding that, there should be restoration of abandoned plantations and no deforestation in Nja and Lobo Division of the south Region.
